Focusing on the breath
Remember to breathe. It takes us out of the past or future and into the present.
Do you breathe fully and deeply?
I’ll be the first to admit, I don’t. In fact, I feel like I’ve been breathing wrong my whole life. Well maybe not not at first…. And until about 2009, I don’t know if I was breathing at all… 😜
But As I try to become more aware of my breath, I notice I’m not fully inhaling. I have so much tension In my gut and every time I exhale, I can’t fully rid my body of the tension and stress I am holding In that space.
Do you hold tension and stress in your body? Notice where. Breathe deeply into that space, and when u exhale, feel it leave ur body.
