Where all these capable black techies? Maybe they choose to be someone less “boring” and more “cool” in terms of their culture?

Maybe you should tell them how cool tech career can be? How about you go and tell them how cool it may be to become a part of something that just pops out of nothing and changes the world?

Then your people obviously will be capable to affect much more in IT and make a ton of money just as whites do. Tech industry is not racist it just demands sharp mind and certain skills that are much harder to get then a racist accusation making and streamer carriyng skills.
