The Death of the Agency
William Frazier

Reading the comments makes me happy, I feel less alone 😃!

Since 2008 I run my design agency according to this philosophy: it’s flexible, very agile, more affordable for the client and you get to surround yourself with colleagues having the same drive. I discovered the team built that way is quite resourceful, and the more you work with the same people the more intuitive it gets without them being bored from staying in the same “office”.

With all the coworking spaces offered in my town, I also stopped having that fabulous downtown office. Clients doesn’t seem bothered at all…

The challenging thing with this kind of set-up is to maintain a strong vision for your own customer service & business philosophy and to communicate it well with freelancers so they can easily embrace it.
