Wow, I’ve been in the social services field since 1995. I live in a community where if you’re poor, you live in a motel , or camp trailer or worse, and your only cooking source is a microwave or hotplate. Thank you for what you wrote. I’m working on connecting with the extension service to develop a how to cook healthy with a microwave class for my TANF customers. Again, thank you for writing this.
