Pomodoro Technique
Created in the 1980s by Francesco Carillo, The pomodoro Technique is one of the most popular time management technique. In this technique a person works for 25 minutes, then take break for five minutes.
Each 25 minutes work period is called “Pomodoro”, named after the Italian word for tomato. Francesco Carillo used a kitchen timer shaped like a tomato as his personal timer and thus the methods name.

After four pomodoro have passed one can a take 15–20 minute break.

I applied this pomodoro technique while solving my assignment. There were almost 20 numerical problems of Thermodynamics in that assignment, So I set an alarm of 25 minutes and started solving the numerical. In that time, the distraction I faced was when my sister started talking to me. After this again I started working on my problems. Then 25 minutes passed I marked one tick on the paper. Then again after 5 min of break I set the alarm for 25 minutes this time the distraction I faced was the phone call, after receiving the call, again I started working on the numerical problems. After one more alarm I solved the numerical easily.
This technique helped me to do things at a faster rate. I will use it in the future also.
