I mean, short answer: Hire qualified women and minorities into the fold and leave the dudebro’s behind. There are so many Nerd-Chads, sexist programmers, drop-out-startup-slackers and so on and so forth in companies at this point, the image in my head keeps forming of a bunch of pigeons all bobbing their heads up and down while they “DISRUPT THE MARKET-CA-CAW”. It’s so boring.
