Haptik was a one-place customer care for any service you use.

Be it Airtel, Air India, Amazon or Axis Bank. You get details from any service just in one application.

I used to love the app then. The way there are multiple services you use and an agent tied up to each service to respond instantly, Haptik was that startup i ever wanted to build.

A boy who is the only guy at home to contact customer care of any service, repair or installation, Haptik was a dream to just chat and get things done instead of making calls and wait over those long queue lines.

I have become a fan boy of Haptik.

No wonder why my eyes have chosen Haptik over the other 400 apps on phone for my first product review. 😂

The love has been so deep that Haptik had sent me a t-shirt swag in 2014!

Levels.

Haptik had evolved and changed over the months.

They introduced every possible service, including e-commerce, and later started grouping all of them into segments like ‘shopping’.

Haptik had majorly evolved when it entered 2015.

From customer support to mobile assistant, they had made a good move.

After all the evolution and its growth in helping all of us, Haptik today has become a good assistant in pocket.

Here’s a test with Haptik UX and what i feel:

The first thing you should use Haptik fot is the daily alarm call.

Yes. It’s not an alarm, but the bot calling you in the morning to wake you up. I know you snooze after hearing that alarm tune. Caller tune might help you get off bed sometimes. 😂

Well, this is what I see when i open the app:

These are not just what Haptik can help us with.

Look at these:

Do you disagree you’re covered with everything?

As I’m using Haptik after a long time, I have run a few tasks to check how efficient the app has become today.

The AI also returned details of fare and availability for 2A when I asked next.

Haptik also gives you contextual responses on the notification bar for quick responses.

You can also add your card details to the app and Haptik helps at making seemless transactions like bookings, recharge etc without the pain to re-enter card details. A conversational transaction with the touch of AI.

There are few cool features we may try,

  • ‘Be a Smart Investor' to test risk appetite.
  • Free WiFi hotspots nearby
  • Remind to Drink water
  • Remind before station arrival 😬
  • Web check-ins

These are a few chores that we always wanted someone’s hand at help.

This app had/has been helping us with better assistance all through. One of the best AI startups in India.

Great product, thanks to Aakrit Vaish/ Haptik Team.

Will write a What-If blog article soon. Stay tuned.

Haptik love.
