Setting A Serial Number

Flashing The Firmware

Use the DiagTool_V163.exe and to the “File Manager” tab.

Select File Type “Firmware File”

Browse for the TDP244_EX_A1941.NEW or whatever model that you are trying to flash, and click Download.

It will take awhile, wait until the light becomes Green, then the firmware is there.

Settng the Serial Number

1. Download https://www.dropbox.com/s/nzg83ipvooo656d/TCF_V024.exe?dl=0 and run the App
2. In the upper left hand corner, select Fuse Model and set it to the proper printer model

3. Click User Define and then type in

USB SERIAL NUMBER = “SERIAL NUMBER HERE”

Replace SERIAL NUMBER HERE with whatever serial you would like.

Then Click Send.

The printer light should turn Red, then eventually Green.

If there was a problem, the printer light will stay red and will need to turn of and turn back on.
