Thanks for keeping up the effort to help others! As you & I have discussed, this is an issue of great importance to me and many others we know.

One thing I’d add, perhaps clarification, is we shouldn’t be afraid to share any kind of illness (whether it’s below or above the shoulders) with others who can help us recover. Many mental health conditions, like other physical conditions, are congenital and arise not because of anything we’ve done or could’ve done better. So, we don’t want to beat ourselves up thinking we’ve caused the condition. Rather, sharing and diagnosing the illness (just like with any other condition) is the important thing so we can begin to heal and be prepared to manage/cope with life’s trauma and stresses.
