I find myself guzzling glasses of water everyday as I read article upon article on migraines. What are the possible triggers? How can they be prevented? Why have I felt a numbness, prickly feeling prior to having a migraine? My doctors answer is just water, water, water.

I’m going to start a migraine journal to keep track of food, smells, environment and possible auras. If I can’t get help from a doctor ive got to do it on my own. Perhaps I should try a gluten free diet?
