As long as you consciously realize that these different personalities are ways through which parts of your emotional layers/feelings/personality traits feel safe to come out, I think you have little to worry about.

The final goal might be to be able to integrate it all back into you, and no longer feel like a shell with multiple personalities projected outwards/inwards. But that will take time and patience, and a lot of trust.

It sounds like you have a very good therapist, and I’m happy you are in a safe environment with her. We all need places where we feel safe, so our most vulnerable or feared aspects can surface at last.
