New Year New Me. Its a bit late in the year for me to make that claim so I’m instead going to just say, “revisions in progress”. Jan. 1st 2016 some said New Year New Me. Jan 1st 2017 some will say New Year New Me. As for I, I will never say New Year New Me. I am a work in progress. Just as Illinois only has two seasons, construction and cold, I also only have two seasons. Revisions and proofreading. I refuse to say New Year New Me because I am also a work in progress. 24 hours of the day my individual is a work in progress. All of us constantly change and evovle sometimes in very subtle ways and other times in a slap to the face type way. New Year New Me is BS. It should be work in progress we all change every day, every hour, every minute, and every second.
