Introduction

‘’Why We Have Too Few Women Leaders’’ By Sheryl Sandberg (COO of Meta 2021). For us, gender equality is not a unique program or a budget earmark. It is built into how we pursue bringing the best data and evidence to bear on decisions that mean the most to people’s lives.

We all know covid19 hurt us directly or indirectly for more than 2 years straight. But more specifically Women jobseekers fell by 34% in 2021.

Now Here I’m one who wants to Introduce a small but effective solution to any unemployed women or some women who want to start a side hustle on their cooking skills.

Importance for India

  • According to BBC Article (24 Jan 2021):
  • India’s 160 million homemakers, like many of their counterparts in the rest of the world, clean, tidy, cook, wash up and manage family finances.
  • They fetch food, water, and firewood, and give care to children and their in-laws.
  • They spend 297 minutes a day doing domestic work, compared to 31 minutes by men.
  • A quarter of men are engaged in unpaid chores, compared to four-fifths of women.

India’s 88.8% of the urban area’s women are engaged with domestic work and 22.5% of the urban area’s males are engaged with domestic work. The Time Use Survey India revealed that 84 percent of women spend their work hours on activities they do not get paid for.

Solving the Problem by using ‘Herself’ App

  • It has Features As shown below:
  • Passive Income for women
  • Homemade Pure & Healthy Food for Bachelors and PGs
  • Competitive Delivery System
  • Affordable Prices
  • Variety of choices
  • Trust by Customers

The main idea behind this app is to reach every single woman who wants to employ herself in the domain of her passion ‘cooking’. Each woman who is unemployed directly or indirectly seems to face taunting by her family or society. We’re here to provide a platform where she has to register herself with a small number of documents and join as a Tiffin Partner and start selling a tiffin as per her skill. All she has to be added Tiffin Status, Dishes that she’ll include in it, and prices that she wants.

Next, The Delivery App will get a notification of Tiffin Provider is ready to provide, and as Any User/Customer will Purchase any tiffin, The Delivery boy will reach to Tiffin Service provider’s Location and Pick it up and Drop it to the location of Customer Safely without any waste of time.

Here We’ll optimize this idea by using such algorithm and tech that will not compromise the security of food and time for delivery. We’ll also use such attractive ideas as if the customer wants to resend the used empty plastic containers (Dabba) the next day, then the customer will have some extra benefits and perks for next further orders and so on.

Target Market

  • The 18–40 Years of age group
  • Hostelers, the students who stay in PG
  • Employees who live in Urban Areas
  • i.e. V V Nagar, Ahemdabad, Banglore where students are in more number

Conclusion

This is Adaptive Solution since there’s no traditional proof of this movement. But Yes getting enough finance and proper mentoring can help this idea to take a step in the corporate world by required changes. Hence This is our idea to bring women one step forward!
