So much of this resonated with me. It’s unrelenting, the lack of consideration around our cultural norms. I have chosen no children, and knew I didn’t want them from a very early age on; my college and early adult years were LITTERED with nonsense -because it’s so fucking criminal for someone (a woman) so young to have no interest in making a family. But then I feel for moms getting shamed and chastised from every direction regardless of what they do or don’t do for their kids. Misogyny is a blood soaked orb; I wish we had our shit together as a species.
