Big hugs to you too!!!!
Randy Seabrook

Well ok, a) I am honored to be that person. Zero apologies needed over here. b) this was beautiful. I felt that story of grief in the tiniest locked room of my heart, where grief likes to lurk during holidays. May I suggest publishing it as a stand alone piece? It’s so beautiful how you described it, and I think a lot of people will relate. C) it’s ok to be frozen. You are in pain and your freeze is how you know it’s time to love yourself and be kind to yourself and forgive yourself for not doing (whatever it is you want to or think you should be doing). That anger won’t stand a dysfunctional chance when you’re back in the game with your heart in one piece! ❤️ Self care is so very important. I’m here, always, if you need.
