Year 3 of blogging?
Happy September everyone! I fell in a bit of a struggle hole in August, and am still not fully crawled out — so my timing is sluggish and my focus is like a museum of fungi. I’ll be, once again, relying on writing and y’all to help me weld the pieces of my coherency into something resembling complete ideas.
I’m going to attempt, this year, to separate what goes on each site so there’s less overlap. It’s going to be fun* and will hopefully keep me more organized**.

Patreon will have the (un)daily blog, including drawing attempts, drunk recipes, haiku and limericks as needed, and the occasional short story. The patron tiers have been re-done, as well as the goals and rewards. You can jump in at $1 a month! (I think you always could, but Sean says I should have it all spelled out, so I did that because Sean is part magic.)
I need to be matter-of-fact about the book I’m writing. And by ‘matter-of-fact’, I of course mean ‘less of a tangible armpit odor and more of a PERSON WHO ACTUALLY WRITES THE BOOK AUGH WTF’. Thus, Oliver “Shiny” Blakemore (I can’t make it just say ‘Shiny’ and still tag him so now I’m having a meltdown and refusing to change it to Oliver because fuck tags at large, happy Saturday everyone) has, with his usual sweet and encouraging grace, agreed to let me rawk all about the book in our publication here on Medium, Mosaic Playbill.
First Patreon post will go up tomorrow, and be all about the back-to-school fundraiser that is just wrapping up this weekend. It will be an open access post with pics and snark and gratitude. Also, my new favorite cookie. Because what is a fundraiser without cookies, right?
