You Won’t Feel Motivated Every Single Day. Focus On This Instead

It seems to me that you are so honest about not having 100% days. No matter how much I try, it didn’t occur to me too though your highlights of a typical day are different to mine.

Having a plan for a day is better than not having one as it gives a how close or deviated you were at the end of day.

Changes to plan can be introduced based continuous learning. Starting the day with calm but full awakened mind and ending the day with retrospection would ensure a full learning experience.

One thing I couldn’t resist is the nervousness or anger though when others insists, demand and complain.
