Sandy, thanks for sharing your experiences! Having small feet and hands myself, I can relate to your experiences with work gloves and boots. I’ve had good luck finding work boots for boys that fit me well so I hope that helps.

There could certainly be better designed childproof caps that aren’t difficult for so many people to open. For those that have arthritis it must be a nightmare. I recall Victor Papanek mentioned such a design in his book Design For the Real World but I’ll have to go back and reread it to be sure. I definitely would suggest the book if you haven’t read it.
