There’s a babe on the way!

There I said it! There’s a babe on the way and we are soo excited! It’s still a little surreal and it probably won’t become real until Tiny Town is placed in my arms.

We’ve been a little quiet about it because we wanted to be in that ‘safe(r)’ zone but overall, pregnancy has been a scary process. Not that anything bad has happened but just the anxiety that bad things could happen is very scary. In fact, we’ve had several appointments and Tiny Town’s been checking out perfectly (ie: size, heartbeat, genetic screening).

Because I’ve been spending a lot of time worry and thinking through the “what if’s” I’ve decided to spend the rest of pregnancy being positive. There’s no sense in worrying about something that hasn’t happened. It’s bad for the babe and poor Mr. C spends so much time comforting me that everything will be fine.

Mr. C and I have talked about start a blog since we moved from the East to West in order to stay in touch with family. With Tiny Town on the way, we wanted a place to document everything so family from near and far knows Tiny Town’s progress. That said, continue to check back to hear more!
