Rebecca Aspler this could be an interesting approach where the solution sort of falls in a middle ground. In the current status quo the consumer is essentially forced to put their trust in the service provider. You could consider that at one end of a spectrum and at the other is the consumer maintaining full ownership and responsibility. It sounds like you are suggesting a middle-ground whereby the consumer can essentially nominate other trusted parties.
