People say Drugs or alcohol are really bad and one should not take them or take in a limit. Government, Non-Government and many other organizations are trying to aware people about the negative effects of Drugs. They are teaching them not to take drugs because they are harmful for their health.

So, we know about Drugs but what about Social Media or Digital Drug which is ruining the lives of all generations.

Yes, I know you will say that we need technology for communicating to our friends, connecting with our family members, for studying, etc. But do you really use it for only this, No a Big no.

Don’t you think

You are locked with your phone with handcuffs and do not have the key to release yourself.
After every two minutes you get a call from your brain to check your phone either there is any notification or not.
You feel bored or troubled if you stay away from your for the full day.
You share every feelings and emotion there.
About social media a lot, about uploading videos, posting pictures and changing profile bio.
That you are not giving enough time and attention to your loves ones.
You get distracted when your notification bell rings.
Do you?…

Think once, is it really important for us to every time connected with our phones or any other digital device. Think about the negative impacts of using social media.

You are sharing your personal data and your personal life. Every time you go somewhere first thing to do is adding your check in location. You are not enjoying with your family and friends, All you are doing is taking pictures or we can say taking too much picture just for posting them on your social profiles. You are losing our productivity at work. It is creating negative impact on your brain and health. Your eyes get effected and you do not sleep in night because of long conversations and chats. Young people and students are spending a lot of time on social media. They spend a lot of time indoor using their phones only and do not go outside in the parks and playgrounds for playing. This is causing poor mental health and depression.

So please aware your friends, family and whoever you found is addicted to Social Media or Mobile about the negative impacts of spending too much time online. Spreading knowledge is the thing by what we can save our youth and their health.
