And you could throw in destruction of the Earth’s landbases, oceans, rivers, all flora and fauna too which can cause treehuggers like me great pain. Even the economists who care (ie Jeffrey Sachs) still can’t see outside their capitalistic paradigm but continue to look within for solutions.
