As a result, I have had to limit what I can do on the website even though the service offers many more features; I am left only to log on, schedule my tweets and navigate away from the site as quickly as possible.

Even though I cannot relate to this topic personally, I understand the frustration when a social media site doesn’t allow you to do what you want. Social media apps such as Snapchat and Twitter try to stay ahead of the times and are constantly updating their apps. For example, when Twitter changed their “favoriting a tweet” feature to liking the tweet instead… what was the point of that? I would be very interested to see and hear their reasoning behind a lot of social media features.
