Brian- loved the article, felt like you were speaking on my behalf! In my opinion, the focus on ‘land-grab’ has left a lot to be desired from a customer experience perspective. I don’t think enough can be said from making the right impression the FIRST time, rather than casting the net as wide as possible and crossing your fingers people use you again.
