_An Ode to the Dreamer_

Hello first time viewer, welcome to the first post of the Kloverparty.

I, the Founder of the Kloverparty am a quaint man, who is hoping to make some change for the better in this world.

So, now lets get to the nitty gritty. Why should you read on? What is the Kloverparty?, these will all be answered here.

Ideals:

Kloverparty is determined to make a better future by promoting the success of decentralized models which empower every person and sustainable human practices. For this reason, Kloverparty hopes to create and support projects focused on promoting the decentralized business model, sustainable business practices, renewable energy sources, financial industry reform, sustainable urban planning practices, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency’s.

These are just ideals, they do not have to followed to the letter, and can be changed if willed by Kloverparty members.

Kloverparty Structure:

  • Decentralized Egalitarian Society
  • Anyone Can Join(no fee, but in-app purchases)

Board Members::

  • Board Members are voted on as a group( number of people TBD)
  • Rolling Executive Board(Board Members change every 3 months, can only serve on the board once each year).
  • Executive Board hears concerns, project suggestions, and ideas from members. Evaluates their feasibility and presents them to the group(all members).
  • Executive Board will also handle the administrative duties(paperwork,permits, licenses) and can delegate duties(non-core duties which are TBD) to other members.
  • Members will determine whether to continue with ongoing projects, start new projects, or end projects based on votes.

Voting::

  • Voting is a 2-tier system. on an “issue”, members vote is a 2-pronged vote where members can pick a project to be the 1st pick, and then can pick another(not the same as the 1st) project. This way members can have more of a say in which projects to promote. After the initial vote( hypothetically 6 months), members will vote once again on the same “issue” after some time to reflect and see if wanted change has been achieved. The vote will also be a 2-pronged vote.
  • 1st vote is worth 60%, and 2nd vote is worth 40%. For a total of 100%.
  • If there is a tie between projects, then a new vote will be conducted between those projects to see which members truly wish to continue with.

Projects::

  • Currently, there are no on-going projects.
  • If you want to submit a proposal for a project, send it to the executive board.
  • If approved, then you must move forward with the project until its completion.
  • if unapproved, can re-send the project proposal with changes you believe will lead to approval or stop all-together.

Treasury::

  • Monies, accounts, funds, will be held in an escrow account if permissible.
  • Otherwise, the monies, accounts, funds will be held by a 3rd-party for protection.

Attire::

  • Silver tie
  • silver vest
  • Green jacket/blazer
  • green pants
  • blue shoes
  • A mask covering both back & front, and sides of the face.
  • Gloves

Rule List(Subject to Change)::

  1. Must wear required attire to meetings.
  2. Must have a computer.
  3. Pay dues for projects(if supported).
  4. Can only use cryptocurrency’s with members.
  5. Must treat everyone equally.
  6. Cannot ask or request any identification materials from other members.
  7. Cannot report, discuss, or divulge any discussions or materials presented in meetings.
  8. No petty disputes or quarrels.
  9. Must be willing to learn how to code.
  10. Must be willing to practice minimalism.
