Confessions of a Worrying Mother

Jessica, thank you for your honesty. I grew up with an Optimist and a Pessimist for parents, quite the balance I’d say. While the Optimist was generally never a worrier, perhaps she was so hands off that I too am the same way. But now that poses a new question. Should I worry more? Do I not worry enough? There’s the other side of me coming out. I guess afterall, I do worry, but with balance!
