Nice piece, Tracey.

I pretty much agree. Polyamory sound good and even reasonable based on human psychology, If we are capable of loving multiple people at different times in our lives, why can’t we love two (or more) at the same time?

In practice, your mother nailed the primary problem for many (obviously not all) people. Most people do have a natural tendency to be jealous and possessive. Only those who can honestly put those tendencies aside should consider polyamory.

I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, your mother is a wise woman.Always listen to your mother. Well, except for buying prunes! Go to the store and check them out before buying them!
