A warm and centering book. It’s biggest weakness is that nonviolent communication doesn’t account for conflict that happens across a formal power differential. It feels like it works best for people who are peers in community with one another. Also it uses very low contrast text colors. Very worth reading. I would do a group study of this for sure!
