“My own journaling is how I’ve come to form my sense of identity and path in life. Not only will you have more clarity about your path in life, but journaling improves your ability to make small and large decisions along the way.”

When I was a Millennial in the ’70s and ’80s journaling longhand helped me through several career transitions. Rereading notes after informational interviews revealed keys to jargon I didn’t understand at first. Like learning a new language I successfully translated my skills, abilities and talents into terms they understood readily. Oh, and to my Journal of 2020 Foresight on Blogger during my midlife crisis in the decade with now name as a way of digitizing paper journal entries.
