HOW TO BUY KNOW (KN) TOKEN IN THE PRESALE EVENT
1. Register for the KN token presale at the Knowchain dashboard by filling in your basic details such as your name, email and password. After that click the 'I’m not a robot’ button to verify that you are a human by checking the appropriate button, then you hit the sign up button. Upon completion of the registration, you will receive a confirmation email that requires you to verify that your email is correct. Once this is done, you can then go ahead to hit the LOGIN tab at the top left corner of the sign up form.
2. Login to your Knowchain dashboard with the username and password you provided during the 'sign up' stage. The next stage is to complete your KYC application by clicking the KYC tab located at the Knowchain dashboard menu (directly under the profile icon) at the left side of the page. Please note that failure to pass KYC means that your tokens will be locked.
3. Once the KYC page opens, you are required to fill in your biodata for safe keeping in the Knowchain network. This is to proof that you are a legal person, and also to prove that you are qualified to participate in the Knowchain token sale event and will not use any of the Knowchain property to engage in any criminal endeavour. As part of the KYC process, you are required to provide the following: Your full name; passport number; Country of origin; your address, etc. In addition you are to upload the data page of your Passport and a snapshot of you holding your Passport while showing the data page of your passport and your full face at the same time. Once your KYC application has been approved within 24hrs, your KYC status will change from unverified to Verified. A confirmation email will be sent to you as regards your KYC application status.
4. Now that you are now KYC Verified, the next step will be to save your ethereum wallet address in your Knowchain dashboard (make sure it’s an address you have access to its private keys). Once you have imputed your Eth wallet address, you can then hit the UPDATE button to save it.
5. The fifth step is to buy some Eth, make sure you send the Eth to your private wallet saved in your Knowchain dashboard, before you then go to the ICO page at the menu bar of the Knowchain dashboard to make your KN token purchase. Here, you are required to enter the amount of Eth you want to invest, and the minimum amount required for presale purchase is 0.1Eth = 2,666.7.
Upon sending your Eth, the system will automatically convert your Eth to the value of KN tokens you will receive after the sales. Once you click the COMFIRM AND GET ADDRESS button you will see the address where you will be required to transfer your Eth. Once your payment is confirmed in the ethereum blockchain, you will receive a payment confirmation email confirming your successful contribution. After which your tokens will be delivered to you after th presale.
Please note that KYC is a must for you to be able to participate in the sales.
