10 Easy Rules to Ruin Your Life
- Work 12+ hours a day. Possibly on something you don’t like.
- Never start something on your own. Do exclusively what others tell you.
- Never take vacations
- Surround yourself with negative people
- Don’t spend time on hobbies.
- Do not exercise. Ever.
- Grab whatever junk food you can. Eat as quickly as possible.
- Don’t have fun. Be super serious. Always.
- Sleep less than 6 hours a day
- Drink alcoholic beverages, smoke, etc. to “relax”.
Invert all the above. Live a life that is worth living. Money is not everything — especially if you are dead.
