10 Easy Rules to Ruin Your Life

  • Work 12+ hours a day. Possibly on something you don’t like.
  • Never start something on your own. Do exclusively what others tell you.
  • Never take vacations
  • Surround yourself with negative people
  • Don’t spend time on hobbies.
  • Do not exercise. Ever.
  • Grab whatever junk food you can. Eat as quickly as possible.
  • Don’t have fun. Be super serious. Always.
  • Sleep less than 6 hours a day
  • Drink alcoholic beverages, smoke, etc. to “relax”.

Invert all the above. Live a life that is worth living. Money is not everything — especially if you are dead.
