Sure… Assume blocks are numbered 1 to 9, with 1 to 3 making the top row, 4 to 6 the middle row and 7 to 9 the bottom row.

Select 7 (cpu selects 3).
Select 9 (cpu selects 8).
Select 1 (cpu selects 5).
Select 4 … you win.

Now if you mirror that exact sequence:

Select 9 (cpu selects 1).
Select 7 (cpu selects 8).
Select 3 (cpu selects 5).
Select 6 … Gets told that I lost even though I actually win.
