Evaluating Social Media Options
Instagram and Facebook are good social media websites to use when wanting to share any kind of images because they are essentially built to be able to share stuff easily.
Facebook is a social media website that is easy to book stuff for a business but it not very professional so a better website to use would be something like sales force cause it made for the use of booking stuff.
Custom Built Websites vs Content Management System
each form of website has its pros and cons
CMS something like word press can be useful because its open source meaning that it can be easily editable. Its has a large plugin database meaning there are plenty of tools to work with to make your site. lastly its more user friendly making it less intimidating to new users.
CBW also has it befits such as being able to customize the website from the base up to make it do what ever you want (within the coding) but it can be quite threatening to someone who has never made a website before.
Technical Requirement
when making a CMS website there is certain things you need to take into account like:
Multilingual — masking sure it take other languages into account when making it.
Scalable architecture — make sure that the website can preform well under pressure and still run.
Web Standards — it should look clean and easily accessible content.
Documentation/support — making sure that everything is backed up and well documented so if anything bad happens it can fixed easily.
Secure — make sure that the website is well secured and it can keep its customer well looked after with there personal info.
Accessible — the website should be able to used on any device regardless of situation.
Usability — make sure the consumer is happy with they way the website is layered.
