I like that you looked at many different options for what kind of a cookie you were going to make. You didn’t just focus on the flavor itself; you went another step and defined what shape a cookie could be. I wish that you would have attempted an avocado and cheese cookie. My roommate eats cheese it’s dipped in avocado all the time and says it’s delicious. I think it would have been something to at least test out. What if you made the cookies in a square pan? If you made them kind of like a bar, you could then cut them into the desired cube shape that you originally wanted.
