I like that you made a cookie that looked like another food. Personally, I love this concept because it isn’t something that you typically expect. When I see sushi, I think fish, but you totally flipped that and made it dessert. I wish that I could see more pictures of the rolling process. That would probably be hard to photograph by yourself, but I think it would be cool to see, being that it’s not normal sushi. What if you made a dipping sauce for the cookies? I know sushi usually has soy sauce with it. I think it would be neat to play around with a syrup and see how that tastes.
