I like that you went for ideas that weren’t typical cookies. In both of your trials, you redefined shape, texture, and flavor. I know a lot of people just focused on one category so congrats on going the extra step. I wish that the raspberry flavor was more prominent. I loved the flavor but I couldn’t really tell there was raspberry in it. What if you added toffee pieces to the recipe? I love Nutella, nuts, and toffee together, and I think that could add an extra element to your cookie.
