Dieting can be frustrating and depressing. You want to lose weight, you want to look good in the clothes that you have, or you want to be able to purchase new clothes that are smaller in size than the clothing that you currently have, and you want to feel healthy. However, you just can’t seem to shed the pounds that you need to.
