And we need more and more boring programmer in the teams to deliver software’s which are easy to maintain and enhance. We need boring programmer who understands that software is all about solving problems of r businesses and sometimes personal too. And they don’t get too much carried way with all new fancy technologies to create system which no other developer wants to enhance.
