Nice write up Marco once again. Detailed enough to understand the importance of mindfulness at work. From SalesForce to Google, companies want their people to be more aware of what they are spending their time on and how they are spending that time. Though I should not be saying this being a part of a technology company, but technology companies contributed alot in increasing shorter attention spans with constant focus on creating habit forming products which try to get your attention from all possible channels.
Saying this I don’t see many business leaders start leveraging this as entire business world runs on numbers and ROI. Very few will have wisdom to foresee how mindfulness will help them cause those numbers .
