How To Make Date-Maki

Date-Maki(伊達巻) is Japanese traditional food that people eat in Shogatsu.
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Hanpen
Hanpen is a cake of ground fish combined with starch and steamed

- Stir eggs with chopsticks(if you have)
- Chop Hanpen with a blender(if you have a food blender, that’s will be great!)
- Mix 1(egg) and 2(hanpen) with a bowl. Then, add sugar and salt to you mixed
- Fried 3 like following If you see that what you fried harden, you should invert immediately
Then pick it up and roll up it with thin foil while it is hot

Finally, put it into the fridge for 30 minutes. After that, eat, eat, eat!
