a) it is ALL about relationships and how you cultivate them as a GIVER rather than TAKER of value and service
b) if you have not taken the Ninja Selling program (a four-day in classroom INSTALLATION that will put the program in your brain the way you install software on your computer) consider it and at least buy Larry Kendall’s great book.
