If You Want to Get Better, Focus on What Really Matters

Hey Brad, awesome post. Reading this article really take me back when my focus was all over the place, though I’m a healthy and active person, I didn’t take a good care of myself mentally. I didn’t take break between work, sleep about 6 hours a day and constantly surround myself with people who drag me down emotionally. It took me a while to get better mentally and understood one thing: “I’m the captain of my own life and I’m accountable for my happiness and personal success. I cannot blame anyone but myself if somehow I don’t live purposely and reach my goals that I set for myself.”
