SEGMENT 1: INTRODUCTION QUESTION
Question 1: Straight to the first question. Before we dig deeper your project. Please introduce yourself and your project. What is MechaChain? Why did you choose that name? Is there a story behind it?

let’s start with a little sneak peak of one of our mecha
So : MechaChain is a 3D play-to-earn video game about robot combat and space conquest. Each robot, called “Mecha”, is a collection of NFT composed of robot parts, which can be purchased online with the game cryptocurrency called Mechanium, Ethereum, or by card. These parts once assembled give birth to a robot in a PvP fighting video game. The name comes from “mecha” + “chain”, chain beeing a little reference to the crypto world. We have been working on this project for 6 months now with 25+ people working on mechachain + a game studio of 20 people
Question 2: Let’s get to know more about not only the project but the great team behind it. Tell us more about your team. How many members and what are their backgrounds?
Mecha: Sure, so we are more than 25 as said before, we have 2 marketers/growthackers with the ability to create huge engagement, we have an ex pixar artist doing design, 5 devs with 3 years experience in blockchain, a game studio that worked on project with games like fortnite … so yes, the team is amazing, everyone is doxxed + we all have big communities in France, our home country. But of course, mechachain is global and france is only 20% of our site’s traffic
Question 3: Move on to my next question. Non-crypto users are very important for mainstream adoption. How are you planning to attract non-crypto users towards your project? Is there any upcoming partnership that will bring non-crypto users and real-use cases?
Mecha: Sure ! At mechachain we believe that for a play to earn to work, we need non crypto people to play our game : it’s essential
So we choose a game studio that already made great games and knows how to rank (android/apple)
If the game is good, it ranks well. We are also planning a comic + an anime to attract even more people. Mechachain is non only a crypto project, it has a story, a soul.
We want people to love our project, our game and our universe.
We are planning big partnerships with crypto AND non crypto players
Question 4: Does your project have any program like token burning to attract many investors to invest?
Mecha: Indeed, for each nft sale, a % will be used to burn token and a % to buyback the token => As the game will get more popular, supply will get lower
Question 5: Are you planning to promote your project in countries/regions where English is not good? Do you have a local community for them to better understand your project?
Mecha: AHhah ! great question. I’m french and you know, French people clearly suck at speaking English (no offense to my french followers but it’s true). So yes, we are planning to promote in Asia, Russia and we already have communitues there. We also have a nice Japanese community, they love our mechas. 200k$ of marketing is planned in a few weeks to create even more hype all over the world
With anime/comic/ great game and crypto marketing, we will have massive exposure. People on our team speak Korean/English/Spanish/French/Russian so we have great assets
Question 6: My last question to you. Why did you choose Kommunitas for IDO? Other than here, do you do IDO anywhere else?
Mecha: I’m an investor at kommunitas. So I know that you only work with great projects. I’ve always been happy about investing in your launchpad.

Mecha: So you can invest with kommunitas launchpad or wiat for listing on uniswap in early march. Listing will be on polygon/ethereum with a dual pool. We can’t wait to have you on board
Question 2: Your project name seems to be very interesting. Does it have any story behind it? Can you share us with the inspiron for approaching to this name?
Mecha: Sure so we have a full scenario with full timet working on comic + anime
we are all gamers and mechas lovers

Question 3: COVID 19 has slowed down many economies around the world but as a crypto business, does it affect you negatively or positively? Are you still on track to achieve your goals or are you planning a new development?
Mecha: Positively, people are staying at home
And since we are aiming for VR, it’s going to be great with people doing home office/ working from home
Question 4: How did you get the community involved in developing the project? and how do you build a strong community to grow globally?
Mecha: We already had a huge community on the european market so it helped us a lot to kickstart the project
