Konios ICO — Guide

The Konios ICO has officially started! In order for our community to quickly and safely acquire their share of KON, we have provided you with a step-by-step guide on how to proceed to join the KYC (know your customer), transfer the funds and drop your ERC20 compatible wallet address to receive your tokens.

First we must outline the basics for our community to successfully
invest in KONIOS PROJECT

We recommend using MyEtherWallet since you can access ERC20
tokens through their website. Other options would be MetaMask,
IMToken or hardware wallets. If your do not have Ethereum
wallet kindly follow the link to create an ERC20 compatible wallet
to recieve your tokens. https://www.myetherwallet.com/
Make sure you save your ERC20 wallet you want to receive your
KON tokens with, as the address cannot be changed.
Participation from an exchange is not possible.

Now that we cleared that up, let us have a look at how you can
participate in the Konios ICO.

1. Step — Register at konios.io

go to https://konios.io
Click on register
enter your email address
enter your password (make sure all the required parameters of the password are green)
confirm the password
enter captcha symbols

2. Step — confirm your email address

After the registration, you will receive an email. Its will look like this:

Simply click on the link.

3. Step — Login

After you confirmed your email address, you can login with the same credentials you have used to register (email address, password).

4. Step — KYC

As a first step after your registration, you are required to go through the KYC process. It takes only a minute and you’ll be done with it :) promise!

4.1 — Enter your First Name, Last Name and Birthday

4.2 — Enter the address where you currently live

4.3–Confirm your information

This is just an additional step to give you a chance and check your data before you submit it.

4.4 — Start verify identity

You don’t actually have to do anything here, just click on the “Verify Identity” Button to continue.

4.5 — Select your prefered document

Depending on which document you want to use for the verification, you will be asked to copy then front and backside. We recommend to use the “Passport” for the identification, since it takes less time to verify.

4.6 — example Upload “Passport”

Here you can drag & drop your passport image.

After you uploaded the image, the system will ahve a first look at your image. In case the system cant recognize a passport or the quality of the impage is not accepted, you’ll be asked to re-upload.

4.7 — Upload Selfie

If you don’t have a Webcam you can take a selfie with your phone and upload from you computer by drag & drop.
Make sure your hair looks good ;)

4.8 — Forwarding to the Dashboard

If all went well, the “Verification complete” page is going to confirm that you have successfully submitted all the data. Now you just wait until the “Go to Dashboard” page appears.

5. Step — Increase your profile security

First things first. Go to the “SETTINGS”-Tab and add the 2-Step verification for your profile. In increases the security of your profile. Of course its not mandatory to do so, but we highly recommend it for your own safety.

6. Step — Purchase KON Token

Select the currency you want to invest
specify the amount
Add the address from where you will send the investment.
(Make sure there are no spaces behind the address)
Click on the submit button

6.2 — Confirm the agreement & Terms and Conditions

We summarized the most important things in three checkboxes. We know its inconvenient to read all of it. But its part of your due diligence, so take the time.
