Christians disagree with the Socialist government and in typical anti-theist socialist tradition the Chinese government want to wipe out Christianity, not that Islam or Buddhism etc are actually faring any better.

Socialism hates religion because socialism fears the truth of how bad the governments corrupt behaviour is!
