Teresa Amabile from The Harvard Business School studied how everyday life inside organizations can influence people and their productivity. Apparently, after analyzing 12,000 diary entries from 238 employees they found something really interesting about their efforts.

Tracking small achievements every day enhanced the workers’ motivation. The researcher explained that, when we track and celebrate our daily wins, we get a boost in our confidence. We can then leverage this confidence toward larger successes in the future.

I personally still find it difficult at times to celebrate the daily wins. Heck, I find it hard to celebrate even the big wins!

A couple of years ago, I stumbled upon a book called Thank and Grow Rich by Pam Grout. In this book, Pam talks about the 30-day experiment of gratitude. I had no idea that gratitude can have such a profound effect on my mood, profit, and productivity.

I tried it out. For thirty days, as soon as I’d wake up, I would write down three things that I’m grateful for.

The first thing I noticed was that it put me in a way better mood. I would actually feel the joy flow into me when I was writing down those…

If you knew me in real life, you’d know that I am as lazy as a honey-licking sloth. I actually don’t know whether or not they like honey. And I find sloths VERY cute.

But, I am really lazy. Like, watching-stupid-youtube-documentaries-about-dudes-in-love-with-their-cars-for-3-hours-straight lazy.

On top of that, I am still so scarred after working in a restaurant and doing daily 15-hour shifts, that I don’t even want to think of working hard!

Even for MY OWN business!

So, how do I manage to push myself to work, even when I don’t feel like it? …

The holiday season of 2018 is approaching soon and it’s best to start making gift lists already! I personally prefer to shop early so that I can avoid the long shipping times around the holiday season.

I created this gift guide for all the Lady CEOs who love the practical gifts and hate superficial mugs with silly gold-foiled phrases on them.

Use this guide as an inspiration to get something that a work from home mompreneur, a digital nomad girlboss, or even a blogger could use in their daily life of an online entrepreneur.

Suzy Kassem once said, Fear kills more dreams than failure ever will. And it’s true -while Small Business Association states that 30% of businesses fail in their first two years of operation, think about how many businesses were nevereven started because of fear?

What if it’s not related to business? How many things did you want to start doing but never did because you were scared you’d fail?

The fear of failure is nothing to be ashamed of, sproutsicle! It’s totally normal and happens to the best of us. It’s just your brain trying to protect you from being hurt…

There were days in my childhood when I had to split one banana with my sister for dessert. There were days when dessert was not even an option — we just didn’t have any.

I come from a very poor family. On top of that, my parents have always thought that people who own companies are crooks, phonies, and bad people in general.

Needless to say, I had things to work on in my mindset. I still do. …

What if you didn’t have to spend up to $200 for a great-looking AND conversion-optimized theme when building your own website?

If you’re like me, you have probably spent hours and hours looking through website themes, bookmarking each one that you think would serve the best for your business. Or you just leave the tab of each theme open and… you end up with 60 open tabs.

And, once you choose the final winner to craft your website with, you want to change it after a couple of months again. Because it doesn’t fit your needs. Or you’re just bored.

I’ve mentioned Tai Lopez and his memefied ad of him in his garage in the previous post. His ad got so popular (a consequence of having a lot of money to put in advertising), that it became a meme and people started making fun of him.

Because of that, he got even more famous. What happens when you become even more famous? People buy your shiz.

Now, you don’t have to create an ad and…

High-level affiliate marketers don’t waste time with products that will make them a one-time sale of $20. They aim to promote high-value, high-ticket offers, that will bring them recurring commissions while they’re asleep.

Now, it makes sense that it’s a lot harder to make those commissions, if you don’t have a proper marketing strategy. It takes more work and establishing a brand.

As a solopreneur, though, you don’t need some hardcore strategy and investments to…
