Do You Tell Your Business Partners or Employees That You Love Them? We do, And It’s Our Secret Hack To Growing FAST. [You need to check this out]

I think it’s time to admit that my favorite part about writing is clarifying and/or justifying my headlines.

So let me clarify this one by telling you about the craziest thought I stumbled upon today…

The only business partner I can tag on Medium would be the one and only Benjamin P. Hardy who also happened to be the #1 writer in 2016 (such a boss).

He actually pushed me off the ledge to start writing more and I’m truly glad that he did.

But yeah…

So him and my other business partners, we all tell each other that we love one another 😍

For the possible 2 people that care: Ben’s married to his wife and the rest of us have girlfriends.

You’re reading because you may like my hair …but I’m sure you’re mostly interested in WHY I can claim this “business bromance” as a secret growth hack?

As anything great, the concept is simple and the creation is not.

Saying we love each other creates an ENVIRONMENT that we can thrive in.

See what I mean.. simple concept, not easy for most people to create and I’ll tell you why in a second.

Look, in the long run you WILL NOT win around negative people, you will not. Yes I said that twice.

The “crazy business guy” attitude isn’t cool, and there’s not going to be another Steve Jobs or Wolf of Wall Street so get rid of people who can’t drop their ego.

#1 sign that you need to get rid of someone: They can’t be taught and/or they think they know everything.

That kind of person can never help you grow. Anytime you want to explore any sort of topic or idea, they will shut it down immediately because they think they “know it”.

We’re always students of everything, forever. Don’t forget that.

Side note: I decided I’m tagging Gary Vaynerchuk in every single article until he recommends one of them to his readers on Medium.com

Gary Vaynerchuk you’ve helped me go so far man, thank you.

Back to the reader: So where are you?

What does your environment look like?

What kind of energy is being pushed into your life?

This is serious shit, if you’re not happy with life or business you better be answering these questions out loud.

5 years will go by in a heartbeat and you will still be stuck if you don’t acknowledge and adjust ASAP.

I know if you came this far you’re a smart person, it’s not rocket science to figure out what you need to do.

The version of you that is massively successful looks NOTHING like the person you are now.

Turning into that person will not be comfortable at first, and it starts with a change of environment.

If the people around you can’t say “I love you”

I’d say…

They gotta go.

I’m always going to keep it real with my readers, sometimes tough love is the best love. Peace.
