Someone can find in the simple phrase ‘with a body free of illness and a mind free of distress’ (Yoga Vasistha’s) all (s)he needs to tend to in order to live a balanced life.
How does anyone keep the body free of illness? Exercise, healthy eating and good rest. How does anyone keep the mind free of distress, anxiety and worry? Meditation, taking a walk outside or making time to play.
See! It does not take much reading to discover the practice. What does take though is effort and action.
