It’s easy to define a color in HSL Color Model than in RGB Color Model. Because HSL is based on the color theory, RGB comes from mixing colors.

When you need a color, you can define the hue value (H) first. Here, I need a color like coffee. I pick the value about 20°, it is orange right now. Then I set the saturation (S) to 70% and adjust its lightness (L) to 50%.

(H) Hue

(S) Saturation

(L) Lightness

Finally, I get the coffee I want based on the impression of color thanks to HSL Color Model !

Clap if you liked it!
