Hey Greg — nice article I could not agree more

Over the last 10 years, all the VPs we have tried to recruit to come work in Montreal laugh — they say Alex — lets hit up a strip club — I wont take the paycut, learn french, send my kids to French school, pay 20–30% more in taxes, and be stuck in -40C degree weather 3 months out of the year. They are much happier in NYC, Boston, Toronto, Vancouver, SF, etc..

The brain drain always moves west from Montreal to Toronto, Calgary / Edmonton, and Vancouver.. not the other way around..
